The dark color of our vanilla pastry comes from the caramelization of organic sugar; it is a chemical reaction that occurs when sugar is heated to high temperatures until it melts and transforms into a very dark golden or brown liquid, the characteristic color of caramel. Vanilla, for its part, has complex aromas and flavors that, when mixed with caramel and synthetic vanilla, create a sweet and rich flavor profile on the palate. In addition to an irresistible scent, caramel acts as a vanilla intensifying agent, making our vanilla an extract rich in flavor and aromas.

Special to use in confectionery that requires an intense dark color and vanilla flavor.
